THREAD-CUT PLUS Cutting and Threading Oil is specially formulated to assure chemical compatibility with FlowGuard Gold®, BlazeMaster®, and Corzan® pipe and fittings and has been added to the FGG/BM/CZ™ System Compatible Program. THREAD-CUT PLUS absorbs and throws off heat generated by friction in machining metal or cutting threads thereby reducing friction and preventing galling. THREADCUT PLUS cools the cutting teeth of the dies which increases tool and die life. The semi-transparent oil allows an unobstructed view of the metal being cutb or threaded.

THREAD-CUT PLUS is formulated to prevent chip welding and prolong tool and die life at high or low speeds by reducing frictional heat and tool wear, as well as power consumption. It also improves surface finish and pushes away metal filings and chips, providing a smooth cut finish. Rust and corrosion protection of the metal is also provided.
